- Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga
This is a dynamic flowing yoga practice of a series of linked asanas/postures. I teach in the traditional Mysore style (one-to-one) and also Half Primary Led/Counted classes. I teach complete beginners, experienced yogis and dancers. We will explore modified asanas/postures where appropriate based on your needs and experience.

- Yoga for Dancers Workshop
Based on Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga, which is a dynamic flowing yoga practice of a series of linked postures. In this class you will move dynamically, stretch and balance flexibility with strength, which will help improve your dance practice and fitness level when combined with your dance training.

- Contemporary Ballet Workshop
Combining different traditions (schools/styles) of ballet and contemporary movement, the class consists of detailed barre work, followed by centre practice geared toward articulate coordination and spatial movement. Musicality and timing with a variety of rhythms will be explored in a broad range of ballet vocabulary. Maximum mind/body integration is emphasized bringing more freedom and joy to this traditional form of dancing. Additionally, the class is taught with accompanying contemporary music giving it a different and exciting experience. The class is taught at an intermediate/advanced level; however it may be adapted to the participants’ skills.

- Vinyasa Ballet Workshop
Enjoy the benefits of yoga and contemporary ballet linking breath with movement in a ballet class context. We will begin with sun salutations as a warm up and follow with a contemporary ballet barre linking groups of barre exercises with vinyasa. We will finish after a centre adagio with final relaxation.

- DanceLab Workshop
Set in a more relaxed setting, the dancers will develop improvisational and compositional skills through a series of tasks exploring movement and the possibilities of movement. Authenticity, spontaneity, dynamics, phrasing and the joy of movement are of major emphasis. The dancers will learn movement phrases and/or choreography/repertoire material to which they will add their own interpretation and variations as a result of the different tasks and challenges presented in the workshop.

- Private Yoga Classes or Company Workshops
One-to-one yoga sessions to improve alignment and deepen your practice or group dance workshops that will help with confidence building, technique, audition pieces, interpreting choreography and performance skills. Workshops can be tailored specifically to your Dance Studio/University Program/or Dance Company’s preferences based on the above available courses. I also offer Corporate Yoga classes at the Company's venue for your employees' convenience and well being.
